About The Role

SintronicGroup is a global supplier of smart building solutions, focusing on parking guidance, access control and security system for worldwide commercial parking lots, shopping malls, office buildings and residential complexes.
We are seeking an experienced **Parking Guidance System R&D Engineer** to join our R&D team. You will take charge of product design, firmware & software development, system debugging, product iteration and overseas project technical support for our parking guidance series products. You will cooperate with hardware, testing, production and overseas sales teams to deliver stable, competitive parking solutions for global markets including Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for requirement analysis, scheme design and technical implementation of parking guidance system, including ultrasonic parking sensor, video‑based parking detection, controller, server software and upper‑platform system。
2. Complete embedded firmware development, system logic debugging, function testing, fault analysis and performance optimization for parking guidance equipment.
3. Iterate existing parking products, solve technical defects from domestic and overseas project site feedback, improve system stability and compatibility for multi‑scenario parking projects.
4. Cooperate with hardware engineers to complete sensor, controller hardware verification, prototype testing, follow‑up trial‑production and mass‑production release.
5. Write technical documents：design specification, debugging guide, technical manual, upgrade document for production and after‑sales team.
6. Provide technical support for key overseas projects, participate in pre‑sales technical solution confirmation and remote troubleshooting for global clients.
7. Track industry new technology and competitor products, complete technical research to support new‑product planning.

### Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Embedded Software or related majors.
2. 3+ years real working experience in parking guidance / intelligent parking system R&D；familiar with ultrasonic or video parking detection system is highly preferred。
3. Proficient in C / C++ embedded development；familiar with RS485, TCP/IP, Modbus and other common communication protocols used in parking equipment.
4. Understand parking system overall architecture, be capable of system debugging, locating and solving complex field faults.
5. Good document writing capability；can independently complete test verification and problem closed‑loop handling.
6. Basic English reading capability, able to read overseas technical documents；can understand overseas project requirement.
7. Strong logical thinking, good team‑work spirit, able to handle multi‑task development progress.
